White Sparrow in the dark

I’ve been extremely busy this past week with starting a new part-time and Thanksgiving. I haven’t had time to do much drawing on my design. However, that doesn’t mean I haven’t been closing my eyes to all things artistic.

One of my favorite types of black and white artwork are white drawings on black backgrounds.

I don’t know the details regarding this ethereal sparrow drawing, but I am guessing that it is white charcoal or chalk on black paper. Madeline Janda Owen has created this to a wonderful effect.

I’m more than happy to share this piece with my followers. It’s beauty deserves to be seen by others.
